Heißverstemmen
Zur Verbindung von Kunststoffträgern mit Leiterplatten oder Metallkomponenten werden mittels Kraft und Wärme Kunststoffdome/Nietköpfe geschmolzen und umgeformt.
Bügellöten
Hierbei werden Folien-Flex-Leitungen auf eine Leiterplatte gelötet. Dies erfolgt mit Hilfe einer Thermode, die speziell zum jeweiligen Produkt gefertigt wurde.
Heißsiegeln
Beim Heißsiegeln werden zwei Werkstoffe durch Druck und Wärme verklebt. Dabei wurde vorher auf einem der Werkstoffe eine Schicht Klebstoff aufgetragen, welche erst durch die Wärme aktiviert wird.
